Christian Bale is known for his impressive ability to totally transform his body for a role – the star has lost and gained a crazy amount of weight in the past, going from around 54kg all the way up to 94kg for different roles.
Now, the actor, 50, has transformed once again to play Frankenstein's monster in The Bride, directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal, who shared a few photos from a recent camera test. Jessie Buckley will play the bride in the period film, which also stars Penelope Cruz, Peter Sarsgaard, and Annette Bening.
