"It was brought to my attention yesterday that some people felt the need to comment on my post with my girlfriend. It was intentionally malicious. How dare you suggest I am not a great mother or a great person or comment on how I look! It has taken me a long time to love who I am and I will not let you take that away," she wrote.
"I won’t lie, your hurtful comments set me back but I will be brave again, pick myself up as I always have and move forward. To comment on my relationship with my partner, my ex, and my children is uncalled for. We have all worked incredibly hard to get where we are and I am proud of all of us for that. We are safe, we are happy, and we are well."

"To come out the other side surrounded by incredible people who love and support me keeps me going every day," she said. "My kids are loved and they love without judgement. They are kind, empathetic and inclusive. And that is the people we are shaping.
