Demi Moore Fans Say ‘Mother Has Arrived’ in Optical Illusion Gown
On the heels of her Golden Globes win, Demi Moore is stunning fans once again during this year’s awards season.
The Ghost star, whose critically acclaimed turn in The Substance garnered her a Best Actress nomination in the 2025 Critics Choice Awards, blew her fans away with her red carpet look for the Feb. 7 ceremony.
Moore arrived on the red carpet for the awards show in The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif. wearing a midnight blue optical illusion dress from Schiaparelli’s Fall 2024 collection that cinched tightly around her torso in horizontal bands that began to split down her left thigh until they grazed her ankle, giving the sense that the dress was falling apart as it cascaded down her body.
The sweetheart neckline of the structural dress had an embellishment that floated above her décolletage, with the back of the gown paying homage to her role in the horror film The Substance. The corset back with visible grommets was reminiscent of the stitches her character had to get in the film.
She accessorized the dress with art deco-style diamond and emerald earrings, a silver and diamond bracelet, and midnight blue pumps with rhinestone-encrusted decorative orbs on both the topline and heel.
Moore had a pop of bright orange-red on her manicure but kept her makeup and hair more muted, opting for a soft pale lip and a slicked-back bun.
Fans were thrilled by the look, tweeting "MOTHER HAS ARRIVED🔥🔥🔥" and proclaiming that they "GASPED" after seeing her outfit.
