Yahoo Lifestyle ‘Boss Woman’ Nicole Kidman Stuns in ‘Classy’ Suit and Tie at 2025 Critics Choice Awards
Nicole Kidman truly showed ‘em who’s boss at the 2025 Critics Choice Awards.
The actress, 57, hit the red carpet on Friday, Feb. 7, at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif., wearing a snazzy suit-and-tie look.
She stunned in an oversized, tan-colored Saint Laurent suit paired with a striped shirt and dark tie underneath. The Babygirl star wore her hair down and put her hands in her pockets as she posed for pictures on the carpet.
The look quickly became the talk of the internet with X (formerly Twitter) users calling the "classy" actress the ultimate “Boss Woman.”
“Everyone say thank you nicole kidman for wearing a suit because she couldn’t look hotter if she tried,” one user tweeted, while another said, “YEAH.NICOLE KIDMAN WEARS THE PERFECT SUIT.”
Fans also couldn’t help but notice that Kidman was sitting next to Moulin Rouge! co-star Ewan McGregor at the awards show.
The pair played love interests in the 2001 jukebox musical film, which follows English poet Christian as he arrives in Paris and finds himself falling in love with the star and “Sparkling Diamond” of the Moulin Rouge, courtesan Satine.
Kidman is nominated for best actress in a drama series for Paramount+'s Lioness. Her fellow nominees include Skye P. Marshall for Matlock, Anna Sawai for Pachinko, Moeka Hoshi for Shōgun, Allison Janney for The Diplomat and Fiona Shaw for Bad Sisters.
The 30th Critics' Choice Awards, hosted by Chelsea Handler for the third consecutive year, airs live from the Baker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif., honoring the finest achievements of filmmaking and television programming in 2024.

When Handler took the stage at the show, viewers couldn’t help but notice what was on the host’s arm.
When the 49-year-old opened the awards show wearing her off-the-shoulder, sleeveless burgundy gown, she addressed the noticeable bandage on her left arm.
“Some of you may be wondering what's going on here. I have a PICC line in my arm, and no, I'm not on The Substance,” she said, referring to the 2024 body horror film starring Demi Moore.
