MAFS' Eden and Jayden have confirmed they've broken up

In sad news Eden Harper and Jayden Eynaud from the 2024 series of Married At First Sight have called it quits on their relationship, a little over a week since the finale episode aired.

The couple hit it off instantly on their wedding day before appearing to have a dream run on the show until the last couple of weeks when tensions rose between the pair after various disagreements. However, after Jayden dropped the fact he was in love with Eden at the last dinner party, the couple went on to commit to each other during final vows.

On social media it has appeared as though the pair were still going strong, with both posting various behind-the-scenes footage on TikTok, and Jayden sharing a snap with Eden and his brother Mitch over the weekend.

But after images of Jayden partying and looking flirtatious with another MAFS star Lauren Dunn on a night out, as well as rumours Jayden and Eden had split up and gotten back together numerous times, Eden has confirmed the couple has called it quits.

"When I made the decision at final vows to be with Jayden, I really did that with longterm intentions. Jayden & I spent many months together after the experiment, during which Cub gained a dad and I gained a second family who I’m truly grateful for," Eden posted.

"I’m saddened to share that toward the end of the show airing, our relationship came to an unexpected end. The ‘reality’ is, the person I chose didn’t choose me. Whilst I’m disappointed, I will never regret the experiment, the people I met, the lessons I learnt and the growth this process has had on me. Thank you for supporting us and for also wishing for the same fairytale that I had hoped for."

Insiders allege Jayden wasn't willing 'to work on anything'

"The whole thing is off," an inside source told Yahoo Lifestyle. "She was really into him but he has not been honest with her and that is why they are not together.

"It was Jayden’s call, he did it out the blue one day towards end of the show airing. There wasn’t any real reason and he wasn’t willing to work on anything he just didn’t want it "

The insider also alleged that Eden has become tired of hearing that Jayden is out hooking up with new people, and wanted to announce their breakup sooner.
