MAFS' Cam goes public with new girlfriend after split from Lyndall

MAFS star Cam Woods has taken to Instagram to reveal he has a new girlfriend, one month after viewers watched Lyndall Grace brutally dumped him during the show's final vows.

The 27-year-old shared a snap of his new girlfriend Cheyanne on Monday, with the caption reading, "Weekends off are done better with you."

Cam revealed to the Daily Mail that he and Cheyanne have been together for four months, adding, "She is absolutely stunning... She is a keeper."

"Lyndall told me to do better and I tell you what, it was the only bit of advice I took from her."

It comes after he told 9Entertainment he's "really happy" with Cheyanne, who he met in Darwin, adding that they are planning on going travelling together for "about a year" in the near future.

"We're sitting happy," he said. "It's someone I can be myself [around], I can be normal, I don't have to be someone I'm not. I don't have to talk about feelings every two seconds.

"It's just good, it's good to have someone who you enjoy being around with."

Cam revealed the pair were recently in Perth together to visit her family, while there, they met up with his MAFS co-stars Janelle Han and Jesse Burford, who apparently got along with Cheyanne "very well".

The pair's travel plans are interesting, given Cam infamously told Lyndall there was no point in her moving to Darwin so they could be together because he is often away for months at a time for remote work.

Cam also revealed that despite all the drama surrounding him and Tayla Winter during the reunion, they never "hooked up".

"I never even hooked up with her, never even kissed her," he said. "She's seen my willy, and so did everyone else in the nightclub. It's a signature move of mine, and it gets me into so much trouble."
