Yahoo Lifestyle 'Bridgerton' Star Nicola Coughlan Shares Bold Admission About Taylor Swift's Eras Tour
Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan will celebrate the release of Season 3, Part 2 of the wildly popular Netflix series in a fitting way: by attending one of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour shows.
During a recent interview with Hits Radio, the Irish actress known for portraying Penelope Featherington (Lady Whistledown) in Bridgerton, shared a bold admission about the upcoming concert.
"My niece is the biggest Swiftie and when I was home in Galway doing press she was grilling me like, 'What's your favorite album?'" Coughlan explained. "And I was like, '1989.' She said, 'You can't say that one!'"
The 37-year-old continued: "But that's my favorite, and she was like, 'Do you know your earlier ones? Do you know this?' So now I'm slightly terrified that I'm going to go and I don't have the Ph.D. in Swiftism!"

Attending an Eras Tour show is fitting, considering two of Swift's songs were featured in Season 3 of Bridgerton: "Snow on the Beach" and "Wildest Dreams."
Coughlan also previously revealed which Swift song best describes her character, Penelope.
"I think I would pick 'Shake It Off' because I think she carries a lot with her, and I'm like, girl, shake it off. Shake it off," she told Elle in May.

Although Coughlan didn't share which concert she will attend, Swift is currently on the U.K. leg of her Eras Tour, so it's likely soon. Hopefully, she will share photos from the show. Who knows? Maybe she'll bring along some of her Bridgerton co-stars!
