Spoiler Alert: This article may reveal The Bachelorette’s winner!
The user said that their parents live opposite Darvid Garayeli, the landscaper who received this season’s first single date, and they’ve seen Brooke staying at his place.
“Trying to be secretive, blinds shut, parking all the way at back of driveway etc but my sister saw [Brooke] and the suitcases she had in her Insta Story late last week too when Darvid was getting her in/out of the car,” they added.
The allegation comes shortly after Darvid was revealed to be the betting odds' favourite to win Brooke’s heart this season.
Similarly to how Bachelor Jimmy Nicholson’s winner Holly Kingston was listed as the show’s frontrunner on both Sportsbet and TAB immediately after the premiere, Darvid is currently the clear favourite for both betting agencies.
Fans have also taken note of other tell-tale signs that Darvid is this year’s winner, including the fact that he scored the coveted white rose during episode one.
Looking at previous seasons, The Bachelorette season one winner Sasha Mielczarek and season five winner Carlin Sterritt each received the special ‘first impression’ rose during their premieres, as well as The Bachelor season four winner Alex Nation.
It was also noted that Darvid’s single date with Brooke, where they quite literally hung out on the side of a cliff for a picnic in the Blue Mountains, had similarities to dates in previous seasons which were attended by the eventual winner.
Last year, Bachelorette Elly Miles and Frazer Neate were lowered down from the Scenic Skyway in the Blue Mountains to enjoy champagne on a swing-like seat.
Meanwhile, Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich from season one of The Bachelor had a slightly less terrifying picnic date atop the yellow cable car in the picturesque environment.
The Bachelorette continues Wednesdays and Thursdays on Channel Ten from 7:30pm.
