The Block's Steph and Gian show off transformation after winning $1.75m
EXCLUSIVE: The newly-minted millionaires have unveiled a new look.
Just over a month after winning season 19 of The Block, Steph and Gian Ottavio have debuted an impressive transformation.
The married couple, who walked away from the reality show with a record-breaking $1.75 million, took to Instagram on Wednesday to show off their recent teeth-whitening results.
Steph and Gian were joined by their co-star Eliza Paschke for the appointment, which saw the four of them sitting on a couch with a teeth-whitening LED lamp in each of their mouths.
“A rare moment of silence in the house,” Gian joked on his Instagram Story, to which Liberty Paschke replied, “Literally the only thing that will ever shut Eliza up”.

Speaking with Yahoo Lifestyle, Blanc Smile Sydney’s owner Natasha Ianni explained that Steph and Gian’s teeth-whitening journey involved three consecutive 20-minute rounds of whitening.
“Steph and Gian achieved up to eight shades lighter in one seating which is amazing results, and this was all completed from the comfort of their own home in an hour and a half!” she shared. “All their coffee, tea, red wine stains and other forms of staining were removed all within one seating.
“I absolutely loved working with Steph and Gian, they bring such positivity to everything they do and sure know how to have a good laugh. Their energy is so beautiful and uplifting and we can’t wait to do more following treatments with them in the future.”
The Block 2024
Steph and Gian’s transformation comes shortly after Yahoo Lifestyle exclusively revealed that a team from this year’s season of The Block is expected to be amongst the yet-to-be-announced 2024 cast.
An insider told us: “There is still some chatter about bringing back some celebrated contestants for the 20th season but applications are still open for newbies. So the rumour is it will be half newbies and half returnees.”
If this is true, it would be the fifth time The Block has brought back former contestants after All Stars in 2013, Fans v Faves in 2014, Triple Threat in 2015, and Fans v Faves in 2021.

The Block’s executive producer Julian Cress announced last month that the show’s milestone twentieth season will be filmed on Phillip Island, which is located 90 minutes south of Melbourne.
The show was originally set to take place in the country Victorian town of Daylesford but was forced to relocate in September due to permit issues and complaints from locals.
Channel Nine recently confirmed at their annual Upfront event that Scott Cam will be returning to host the show, while Neale Whitaker announced on Instagram in July that he will be back as a full-time judge for season 20.
