The Voice fans divided after 2025 coaches announced: 'Random'
Three global music legends will be joining the upcoming season of the reality show.
Channel Seven has surprised fans by announcing the brand new line-up of coaches set to appear on The Voice Australia in 2025. Three global music legends will be sitting in the iconic red chairs alongside a returning coach for the upcoming fourteenth season, which will air later this year.
Joining Australian singer-songwriter Kate Miller-Heidke - who made her coaching debut last season - is international chart-topping sensation Melanie C aka Sporty Spice, Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter Richard Marx, and multi-platinum selling hitmaker Ronan Keating.

The Voice Australia will be Richard Marx's first appearance as a judge on a reality singing competition; however, both Mel C and Ronan Keating have previous experience in the role.
Mel appeared as a judge on Asia’s Got Talent in 2015 and a coach on The Voice Kids in 2021, while Ronan was a judge on The X Factor Australia from 2010 to 2014 and a coach on The Voice Australia in 2016, The Voice Kids UK in 2022 and 2023, and The Voice Germany in 2023.
Yahoo Lifestyle first reported in October that Ronan was planning his return to The Voice Australia following Guy Sebastian’s departure, with an insider telling us he may also appear as a coach in a yet-to-be-announced season of The Voice Australia Kids.
Sonia Kruger will also return as the show’s host in 2025, marking her ninth season in the role.
