They searched for love separately on reality TV and now the stars of two rival dating shows have sparked up a romance of their own.
Samantha Harvey, a bride from Married At First Sight and Farmer Wants A Wife farmer, Matt Trewin have officially coupled up after being spotted on a date in Canberra.
Canberra local Samantha and Matt, from Victoria, shared multiple snaps and videos to their respective Instagram Stories during their cosy night out at a pub.
And later, mum-of-two Sam — who 'wed' groom Cameron Dunne on MAFS — confirmed that she and Matt were an item to So Dramatic! on Thursday.
Fans were thrilled with the news of the pairing and many shared their congratulations in the comments on an Instagram post by So Dramatic!.
"They’d be perfect together!" gushed a fan.
"Yay! Sam deserves so much happiness," added another.
"This makes sense," remarked a third.
Sam and her TV 'husband' Cameron hit it off to begin with but things quickly unravelled after it became clear that Sam's feelings weren't reciprocated by Cam.
They called it quits when Cam hooked up with another bride, Coco Stedman behind Sam's back.
Farmer Matt had slightly more success on FWAW, finishing the season loved up with 25-year-old Tara Hurl however the couple had split by the time the reunion episode rolled around.
Tara 'incredibly disappointed'
Not long after the Farmer Wants A Wife finale, Tara took to social media to slam the reality series and claim that viewers didn’t get to see her whole experience due to editing.
"Obviously I am incredibly disappointed in the way Fremantle Media, Channel 7 and the entirety of Farmer Wants A Wife was produced and edited," she said.
However, Tara said that her time on the show taught her to stand up for herself, and she will "publicly call anyone out" that has anything negative to say online about her or her fellow contestants.
She caused controversy earlier in the season when she decided to say goodbye to Farmer Matt because she was struggling to compete with the other girls. But she soon backtracked on her exit and asked to return for a second chance.
Then in August, just one day after the reunion episode aired, Tara went public with her new boyfriend Aaron Rizzatti, who is the Commercial Operations Manager at NRL team Melbourne Storm.
In her lengthy Instagram post, Tara revealed that the pair had been together for the past seven months.
