Daughter left mortified over mum's X-rated Coles massager post: 'Mother'
A woman's seemingly innocent post about a Coles massager has left people in stitches.
If you’re looking for yet another reason why you should think before you post anything online, one woman has been left mortified after coming across her mother’s X-rated post on Facebook.
At first, the photo, which was posted to the Markdown Addicts Australia Facebook page, looks totally innocent, with the woman uploading a snap of a $59.99 muscle therapy massage gun she bought from Coles to the social media site.
“Ladies and possibly gentlemen, Coles Cardinia Lakes 6.28pm. Top "massager" is USB rechargeable and... waterproof. (I didn't purchase because I already have one similar that was over double the price thanks to an ex) Run, don't walk,” she captioned the post.
People flocked to the comments section, making their own suggestive remarks on the massage gun.
“Asking for a friend…so how good is it in water? Like a bath with candles and bubble bath and a few floating petals we all wish our husbands would run for us at least once a month….Again asking for a friend,” one person wrote.

"This post just made me think of that Sex And The City episode where Samantha goes to the shop to return her vibrator and the guy tells her that it's a massager," someone else replied.
“Wow Coles are really taking the slogan 'DOWN DOWN' to a whole new level lol,” another person wrote.
However, it was the next comment that left people shocked, when the woman’s daughter simply wrote: “Mother”.
Her comment received 297 laughing face emojis, with one person commenting: “Hahahahahahahaha this is why mums can say NOTHING on Facebook. I see it, I think it, I remember my adult kids are lurking; I shut up”.

“Sorry but your Mum is a true blue legend. So funny, kind AND thoughtful (thinking to ask!)?! You hit the mum jackpot,” another person wrote.
The daughter replied, writing: “She’s a pretty wicked mother, but also a bit of a gremlin”.
“Now you know not to use your mum's 'massager',” another person commented, to which the daughter said: “Oh I would never, plus mum has a special toolbox for that kinda stuff, could never get confused”.
