Brendan Fraser Makes Surprise New York Fashion Week Appearance as He Supports Son Holden, 20, on the Runway

Brendan Fraser made a rare appearance at New York Fashion Week in support of his son Holden Fletcher, who made his mark on the Todd Snyder Fall-Winter 2025 runway on Feb. 6.

While many were surprised to see the Oscar winner, 56, mingling with industry tastemakers — including Jenna Lyons and her partner Cass Bird — in the front row, it turns out he was there on dad duty to celebrate his middle child’s catwalk moment!

Holden, 20, wore an olive green coat, collared cardigan, mesh shirt and denim-like trousers. His hair was styled in a curled updo.

In a video shared to InStyle's TikTok, the Oscar winner, dressed in a casual all-black outfit, can be seen filming the lineup of models walking past him.

After the show, Holden took to Instagram with photos of his Todd Snyder debut, including one presumably taken from his dad’s point of view.

In his caption, he wrote: “Me for @toddsnyderny FW25. Thank you so much to the whole Todd Snyder team for the opportunity, it was such an honor to walk in this beautiful collection.”

Per his Instagram Holden, who is signed with Marilyn Agency, has experience on the runway and behind the camera as an editorial cover model.

In September 2023, he made an appearance at the Hermès Men’s Fall-Winter 2023 show held at Domino Sugar Refinery in Brooklyn, New York. He wore a camel-hued coat with a popped collar, a gray ribbed turtleneck, skinny jeans and buckle boots.

“Incredibly fortunate and excited to make my runway debut for @hermes FW23 Men’s RTW show ‘Walking on Air’," he captioned an Instagram post in which he recapped his experience.

"A huge thank you to everybody who made this wonderful show possible, from the casting directors to the makeup and hair crew. This was a truly unforgettable experience and I cannot thank the @hermes team enough for everything along the way."

Fraser and his ex-wife Afton Smith welcomed Holden on Aug. 16, 2004. They also share sons Griffin Arthur (born Sept. 17, 2002) and Leland Francis (born May 2, 2006) who is also a model and has been featured in shows for Cos and Helmut Lang.

Holden isn't the first celebrity kid who has made headlines for their Fashion Week appearances. Earlier this week on Feb. 4, Molly Ringwald was joined by her son Roman Stylianos Gianopoulos, 15, at the Lingua Franca show in New York. On Jan. 28, Heidi Klum and Seal’s 19-year-old son Henry made his debut in the Lena Erziak Haute Couture show in Paris, which is where Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s daughter Sunday Rose, 16, turned heads for Miu Miu just months before.
