With famous parents like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, it only makes sense that North West is starting to carve out a career in entertainment. The 11-year-old has already seen success making her film debut in Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie and recording debut on her dad's single "Talking/Once Again." Not to mention, she followed up by starring as Young Simba in The Lion King and with a feature on FKA Twig's track "Childlike Things," which has since gained internet virality. While she shows true promise and natural talent as a musician and actor, there's a lot more than meets the eye behind the scenes, including lots of participation and guidance from her mom. And, now, the Skims founder is getting real about her daughter's pursuits.

Kardashian opened up about what it's like to balance her own businesses with North's work in a clip shared with People ahead of the season 6 premiere of Hulu's The Kardashians tomorrow.
“I thought I was busy before. North, me having to be her momager right now is crazy. It’s just, it was not on my list. It was not on my Bingo card for this year,” the fashion mogul said to her mom Kris Jenner and sister Khloé Kardashian in the video.
“It’s a lot of work,” Kris responded. “It’s a lot of energy.”
"And I'm not ready," Kim continued.

"You’re like, I have my own shit to manage," Khloé added.
"If she has a shoot, I have to be there all day, so it’s like her or me,” Kim confessed, noting that it has been difficult to figure out when to prioritize her own work versus her daughter's experiences.
“I’m really conflicted on my daughter’s career, so we’re going to talk about that soon," Kim shared. "I just really want to make sure that everything’s really well balanced. All of the work experiences are balanced out with just enough fun life experiences. I just want balance.”

This isn't the first time Kim has spoke about her "momager" duties. She discussed the topic last month while appearing on Erin and Sara Foster's "World's First Podcast."
"She'll get an offer to do a photo shoot or something. And like, we really sit and talk about it as a family. Like, 'Should she do this? What's too much? What's not?,'" she explained.
While these moments are rewarding and allow Kim to spend time with her kids, she added "I'm not really ready to be a momager, and I'm just kind of forced into this."
