'Today’ Fans Are ‘Crying’ Over Jenna Bush Hager’s New Co-Host Reveal: ‘Best Day Ever’
Since Hoda Kotb left the Today show, viewers have been pleasantly surprised by Jenna Bush Hager's temporary co-hosts, including Scarlett Johansson, Ciara, Kelsea Ballerini and Ego Nwodim. But fans are particularly excited about the scheduled co-hosts for the week of Feb. 10—which just so happens to be SNL week.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, Feb. 6, the official Jenna & Friends account broke the news with an image that looked like a screenshot of a text conversation, with Bush Hager revealing the five co-hosts scheduled to join her from Feb. 10 through Feb. 14: Amy Poehler, Ana Gasteyer, Mikey Day, Cheri Oteri and Chloe Fineman.
"We can’t wait!! #JennaandFriends" read the post's caption.

Fans in the comments couldn't have been more thrilled with the star-studded selection of temporary hosts.
"What a great line up. SNL alumni week. ❤️" one person raved.
"Ok I'm crying @amypoehler ?????????? THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST DAY EVER," gushed someone else.
"Omg that’ll be so fun!!! I can’t wait. Will def miss Ego, but this makes up for it. ❤️❤️😍" somebody declared.
"Okay love but then after this let’s hire Scarjo permanent," added another viewer, petitioning to bring Johansson back.
Even Bush Hager joked about Johansson becoming her permanent co-host during the Jurassic World Rebirth star's weeklong stint, saying at one point that she needed a Sharpie to cross out the "friends" in Jenna & Friends, suggesting that the show's new title should be Today With Jenna & Scarlett instead.
At this time, no official announcement has been made about who will be taking Kotb's place regularly going forward.
