Yahoo Lifestyle Gisele Bündchen Reportedly Welcomes Her Third Baby
Congratulations are reportedly in order for Gisele Bündchen.
The 44-year-old supermodel has welcomed her first baby with Joaquim Valente, according to TMZ. The child is Bündchen's third, as she already shares 15-year-old Benjamin and 12-year-old Vivian with ex-husband Tom Brady. Parade has reached out to Bündchen's reps for comment.
While it's not clear exactly when the baby was born or whether the child is a boy or a girl, Bündchen and the infant are said to be healthy.
News of Bündchen's pregnancy was shared on Monday, Oct. 28, when a source broke the news to People.
"Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they're looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family," the insider told the publication.
Fans had been speculating about the possibility of a pregnancy since Bündchen was spotted in a bathing suit during a trip to Costa Rica with Valente and her kids in July, as seen in photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
Bündchen and Valente, a Jiu-Jitsu instructor, have been dating since June 2023.
Though the couple initially tried to keep things quiet, news of their romance eventually broke in February 2024. While Bündchen told Good Morning America's Robin Roberts that she wanted to "keep her personal life private" in March of that year, she went on the record about her relationship with Valente in an interview with the New York Times that same month (without mentioning his name).
"This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first,” she said. “It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent.”
