The Summit viewers all make the same major complaint about the competition: 'Had enough'
The Channel Nine reality series features tasks that are pretty eye-watering - literally, according to fans.
The Summit is in its second season and a brand new cast of competitors is trying to make it to the top of the mountain with as much cash and dignity intact as possible. This year, some famous faces are in the mix such as former footy player Mat Rogers and former Bardot pop princess Tiffani Wood.
For the uninitiated, the premise of the reality show is that the contestants must make it to 'The Summit' with their backpacks full of a portion of the million-dollar cash prize. They also have to complete a series of tasks along the way and each time someone gives up or gets eliminated, the cash pool gets reduced by however much they had in their bag.
'Too much crying'
Although the series is nowhere near as drama-filled as, say, Married at First Sight, it seems that emotions still run high in the competition... maybe too much so.

Taking to an online fan group dedicated to The Summit, one viewer asked his fellow audience members what their thoughts on the season are now that 6 episodes have aired. Among the 120 comments the post generated, there was one common thread.
"Too much crying," one viewer wrote.
"Too much [sic] tears and emotions this time around," said someone else.
"Love it. Though I'm over the crying lol," added another.
"Last year was better," a different viewer wrote. "I am over Charlotte crying all the time."
Yet another said, "They should focus on the actual path and the journey rather than constantly interjecting with constant emotional outbursts."
One person explained that they had an issue with the crying and another aspect of the series, "Not as much helicopter action, too much back story tears, too many ads..."
One more big complaint
Which brings us to the other major complaint the fans have about the second season of The Summit - and that is the commercials, despite the fact the show is on a free-to-air network and that's how TV works.
"What a lovely part of the world & we get to see 40 mins of adverts 40 minutes of crying & 10 minutes of the lovely location," someone lamented.
"Loving it only to [sic] many ads," agreed another.
"Great except way too many ads," a third viewer wrote.
"So many ads," yet another person complained, to which someone replied "It’s why you’re able to watch it. Prime time viewing is expensive."

But perhaps the "complaint" that won the group chat was the one from this fellow who bemoaned that there are, "Not enough dragons."
Channel Nine - the people have spoken and we're gonna need to see some dragons in season three.
