I recently tried the Gozney Arc XL and not only did it make me feel like I was enjoying authentic pizza from a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Italy, but it allowed me to bring my friends and family on the journey with me.

What's a Gozney?

However, if you’re feeling fancy - and want to try what I will say is arguably one of the best pizza doughs I’ve ever eaten - then you need to make Gozney’s overnight pizza dough recipe.

You need:

• 1kg plain or bread flour

• 600g water

• 30g salt

• 2g fresh yeast / 1kg instant dry yeast
