The pair, who first met while filming season 7 of the ABC reality series, got married on Oct. 7, 2024, at at the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The 90-person guest list included a number of their former BIP costars, many of whom were there to witness their love story first begin when they had their first date on the premiere episode of the show in 2021.
Befitting the glamorous venue — the museum is the former 1920s-era villa of oil tycoon Waite Phillips, and set on 25 acres of lush gardens — the couple leaned into a timeless, Great Gatsby-inspired vibe for their celebration.
"We envisioned an elevated garden party that celebrated not just our love, but also the incredible people who have shaped our journey together," Heringer tells PEOPLE. "We kept the décor minimal, letting the stunning venue center stage."
Their emotional ceremony was followed by a cocktail reception and plated dinner featuring authentic Italian fare. "The dinner was one of the most important elements of the day for us," the bride says. "We truly wanted it to feel like a big family dinner and have our guests immersed in good conversations."
Here are all of the photos from the couple's stunning Oklahoma wedding.
Home Is Where the Heart Is
Heringer and Erb chose to tie the knot in Tulsa because the city is where they made "countless memories" together, starting from the very early days of their romance.
"From secret date nights when we were in hiding during Bachelor in Paradise to now putting down roots in our new home, Tulsa has always been so special to us," Heringer says.
In Bloom
They landed on the Philbrook Museum of Art for their venue, and leaned into a Great Gatsby-inspired, garden party vibe to complement the 1920s estate and its lush grounds. "It is an absolutely stunning venue," Heringer says.
Say Yes to the Dress
For her walk down the aisle, the bride selected a Netta BenShabu strapless dress featuring a sweetheart neckline and ethereal, Grecian-inspired draping details. She tells PEOPLE she fell in love with the dress at first sight. "It had everything I was looking for — it was simple but yet unique, and it felt the most like 'me' out of all the dresses I tried on," she notes.
Sealed with a Kiss
Heringer and Erb, who worked with Ever & Ivy Events to plan their big day, wanted their wedding to be simple and "low-key" so they could fully enjoy the experience. "Noah and I always knew we wanted our wedding to focus more on the quality time with our guests, with minimal wedding traditions involved," the bride says.
Heart to Heart
Before their wedding ceremony, the couple snuck a private moment for themselves, reciting personal vows during a first look. They later said "I do" and exchanged rings by Keyzar surrounded by all of their loved ones in a ceremony officiated by Erb's older brother Ben.
Special Sidekick
Heringer and Erb's beloved German Shepherd, Maki, joined the couple for their wedding ceremony. "We couldn't imagine the day without him," the bride says.
Star Powered
A number of Erb and Heringer's Bachelor Nation friends showed up to support them on their big day, including Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, Chelsea Vaughn, Serena Chew, Ivan Hall, Chris Bukowski and Anna Redman, Demar Jackson, Blake Moynes and Zac Clark.
Feeling the Love
Bachelor in Paradise stars Thomas Jacobs and Becca Kufrin also attended the nuptials. The pair, who married in October 2023, had a hand in making Erb and Heringer's engagement happen. When Erb popped the question in August 2023 at a beachfront house in California, Jacobs pitched in with the planning and preparations. To pull off his surprise rooftop proposal, Erb told Heringer that he had planned a farewell dinner with Jacobs and Kufrin.
Time to Celebrate!
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests toasted the occasion with cocktails served up by bartending service Fig & Foundry. The drink menu included a spiced Old Fashioned in honor of Erb, a ginger pear Moscow Mule for Heringer and an espresso martini dedicated to dog Maki.
Garden Gathering
The newlyweds and their guests then enjoyed a plated dinner with authentic Italian fare catered by Prossimo Ristorante. "We truly wanted it to feel like a family-style dinner, just very intimate, and have the whole night be good conversations and good food and drinks," Heringer says.
All that Jazz
In addition to the tempting food and drinks, Erb and Heringer treated their loved ones to a lively performance by local brass band King Cabbage.
Let's Dance!
Heringer slipped into Kate Willa's Roj gown — a strapless column design featuring sheer French lace with hand-beading of pearls and cream sequins — for the reception. She and Erb shared their first dance as husband and wife to "Adore You" by Miley Cyrus.
Honeymoon Glow
Erb and Heringer plan to take a honeymoon in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, filled with lots of rest and relaxation. "We wanted to go somewhere quiet, where we could just fall off the map after the stress of wedding planning and my book tour," explains Heringer, who released her memoir The Deaf Girl on Sept. 10.
Cheers to the Future
After spending some time enjoying their newlywed status, the couple hopes to start a family. "I say no more than four, five [kids]. We'll see how it goes," Heringer says, before jokingly adding, "But we're not doing 10!" in reference to Erb growing up with 10 siblings.
