'Southern Charm's Madison LeCroy Announces Pregnancy Amid Husband's Cancer Battle
Madison LeCroy is about to have another charmer on her hands!
LeCroy, one of the cast members on Bravo's Southern Charm, announced some joyful family news on Thursday, Feb. 6, revealing that she and her husband, Brett Randle, are expecting their first child together.
The reality star, already a mom to a 12-year-old son, Hudson, from her previous marriage to Josh Hughes, shared the exciting news via Instagram on Thursday, showing her followers a photo of the positive pregnancy test in her hands.
"And just like that...our world is changing in the most magical way!" LeCroy, 34, wrote in the caption of her post, calling the moment she learned she was pregnant "the best moment of our lives."
"We can't wait to meet you, little one! 💖," she added.
The South Carolina native has been married to Randle since 2022. The pair got engaged in October 2021 after dating for six months.
During the latest season of Southern Charm, LeCroy shared details about Randle's health journey after he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in late 2023.
During a December 2024 episode of the Bravo series, LeCroy explained that Randle underwent surgery to remove a "three-centimeter nodule" and eradicate the cancer before he later dealt with more "complications."
“Some days I just want to scream," she said in a confessional, explaining that she and Randle, 38, were just getting ready to expand their family when they instead had to switch gears and prioritize Randle's health.
"We were just kinda starting to plan, but that’s on pause for now," she said at the time.
