Rock’N Robin Productions Names Reni Calister As Chief Content Officer And Quanny Carr As Director Of Development

Rock’n Robin Productions, a full-service, Emmy Award-winning production company, has hired Reni Calister as Chief Content Officer and Quanny Carr as Director of Development. Both media executives will work to elevate and expand the company’s portfolio of programming and further establish its reputation within the industry.

Calister is a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer and content executive who previously, from 2018 to 2022, served as Head of Development at Rock’n Robin Productions.  In that role, Calister oversaw the development and production of projects for Disney+, Discovery+, ESPN, ABC, Lifetime, and the History Channel. Most recently, Calister was Executive Vice President of Content at TOGETHXR, a media company founded by renowned Olympians Alex Morgan, Sue Bird, Chloe Kim, and Simone Manuel, where she played a role in elevating women’s sports and was instrumental in launching A Touch More, the production company founded by Megan Rapinoe and Sue Bird. Calister began her media career at HBO Documentary Films, where she worked on award-winning films, establishing her drive for producing content.

Carr joins Rock’n Robin Productions as Director of Development. Carr previously served as Director of Current at TOGETHXR. There, she supported stories of trailblazing women in sports and served as Executive Producer for The Syd + TP Show, which is co-produced by Ryan Reynold’s Maximum Effort. Previously, Carr has worked with globally recognized companies including Netflix, Disney, Amazon, NBC, Google, Target, YouTube, and Lenovo as well as media companies G4TV and Portal A. She has also been recognized with the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award for the online story she produced investigating the overwhelming number of people living with asthma in low-income Baltimore neighborhoods.
