Although Jessel Taank discussed growing her family with husband Pavit Randhawa in the season 15 premiere of Real Housewives of New York City, the mom of two tells PEOPLE that she's not exactly looking forward to the process of getting pregnant again.

Speaking exclusively with PEOPLE, Taank, 44, shares that although she's been discussing adding another baby to her family with Randhawa, she's not excited about physically going through the process. "I think the conversation is really not easy because I have to go through the motions of IVFs to conceive," she says, referring to in vitro fertilization.

"I wish it was easier for me, but it isn't. And so sort of conversations surrounding having another baby, it just comes with a lot of [effort] because I just can't get drunk and get knocked up naturally," the mom of two continues. She adds, "So as much as I wish I could because it would make this so much easier, you'll see us navigate what that journey looks like and what that path looks like."

"But I would love another Jessel, I mean, it would be so cute for a baby girl," adds Taank.

The reality TV star continues, explaining some of her husband's initial hesitations and noting that he can be concerned with financial logistics. "Pavit's a really simple human being, and what it comes down to is the financials and the logistics," she shares. "So it's like buying an extra airplane ticket, or having to buy an extra hotel room."

"It's like how much money is it going to cost and can we afford it and do we need to do it?" she continues. "So I think he's hesitant. And it's also a lot of work."

In the premiere for the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City, which aired on Tuesday, Oct. 1, Taank spoke about potentially having another baby, which prompted an unexpected response from her husband.

“So I got an invoice for Dr. Wong today. We are paying lots of money for embryos,” Taank said with a laugh. “To be stored in Beverly Hills. So I think we need to figure out what to do with these embryos."

“No more kids,” her husband responded, shaking his head.

“Don’t you want a little girl?” Taank asked. "No," Randhawa said.

“We have the girl in there. We can’t just shut it down,” Taank said. “We’ll see,” Randhawa replied.

“What if we had the next Beyoncé? Or what if we had the next Elon Musk in that freezer?" Taank continued. "And then you’re like, ‘Bye, Beyoncé. Like that sucks.”

“I’m okay saying bye to Beyoncé, but Elon Musk I’ll take,” Randhawa joked.
