Red Bull Fans Declare They’ll ‘Riot’ After Report of Discontinuing Fan-Favorite Flavors

Red Bull is reportedly discontinuing a handful of fan-favorite flavors this year, and fans are ready to "riot" if the news proves to be true.

The insider information comes from reliable foodie influencer snachwithzach, in partnership with SodaSeekers, who reports that "Red Bull will be discontinuing three flavors in 2025, plus adding a bunch of stuff as well.”

In a video uploaded to Instagram on Jan. 11, Zach offered "a summary of what we know so far," first reporting on The Green Edition, which is currently Dragon Fruit-flavored.

As previously confirmed, that option is set to be replaced by the return of the Caruba Elderflower flavor.

What's a little more up in the air is the future of The Peach Edition and The Blue Edition.

The Peach-Nectarine flavor is also reportedly set to disappear sometime soon, with Zach predicting that a summer flavor, White Peach, will fill in for it later this year.

Finally, citing “multiple insiders inside of the beverage industry,” the Blueberry flavor is said to be departing the lineup, too, with Zach noting that he "wouldn't be surprised" if The Winter Edition flavor, Iced Vanilla Berry, becomes a permanent replacement.

Parade reached out to Red Bull for confirmation but did not hear back by time of writing.

Reactions were mixed, as some were excited to hear that The Winter Edition flavor, which had many fans begging for it to become permanent from the moment they first tried it, might be sticking around.

"YES I NEEDED THAT ICED VANILLA BERRY TO STAY," one excited comment read.

"IF THEY TAKE THE OG BLUEBERRY I RIOT," another fan wrote emphatically, while yet another, slightly calmer response read, "If they discontinue the peach one I'll riot."

"Peach nectarine is my favorite one, sad to see it go," someone else agreed.

"Not the blueberry 😭 first cranberry now this?!" another sad commenter mourned.

Meanwhile, someone who didn't care much for any of the options looked forward to the upcoming "Pink & Spring edition. 🌸."
