Nearly 40 features into his filmmaking career, Steven Soderbergh is still tirelessly inventive. Lucy Liu, Julia Fox, and Callina Liang star in a classic haunted house story that Soderbergh upends and explodes with a single, subtle twist. The haunting of Liang's Chloe and the unraveling of her family are observed from the perspective of the very presence doing the haunting. This fresh and energetic horror movie makes a notable new addition to Soderbergh's storied filmography. You're never less safe than when walking in the shoes of the monster. —Ryan Coleman, News Writer
