Justin Baldoni's wife, Emily, made it clear that she's sticking by her husband's side amid his ongoing legal battle with his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively.

On Friday, the actress broke her silence while publicly wishing Justin, who turned 41 years old, a happy birthday with a sweet tribute—and an even sweeter family photo–on Instagram. "Happy birthday my love. Celebrating the man, husband, and father that you are," she wrote alongside a snapshot of the couple and their two kids—daughter, Maiya, 9, and son, Maxwell, 7—embracing while standing on a stone ledge by the ocean.

Emily and Justin met more than a decade ago while both working as actors in Hollywood and began dating in September 2011. Two years later, they got engaged at the same restaurant they had their first date and tied the knot months later in July 2013 during an outdoor ceremony in California.

In December 2024, Lively sued Justin for sexual harassment and orchestrating a retaliatory smear campaign against her after she complained. Lively's legal complaint claimed that she "suffered from grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety" due to Justin's alleged actions, which included “invasive, unwelcome, unprofessional and sexually inappropriate behavior."

Justin filed his own $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times for libel in response to the publication's December 21 article that highlighted Lively's complaint. He also countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for $400 million on claims of civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, intentional interference with contractual relations, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and negligent interference with prospective economic advantage.
