Falco will play Nina Hobbs, Anchor Bay’s new prison warden. James will play Frank Moses, described as “a legendary gangster respected in the city of Detroit, the state of Michigan, and well beyond.” Benanti will play Cindy Stephens, a new correctional officer recruited in Kingstown.

Falco is repped by CAA and Entertainment 360. James is repped by UTA, Entertainment 360, and Independent Talent Group. Benanti is repped by The Gersh Agency, Untitled Entertainment and Schreck Rose.

Along with Renner, the cast also includes Hugh Dillon, Tobi Bamtefa, Taylor Handley, Derek Webster, Nichole Galicia and more. Taylor Sheridan co-created “Mayor of Kingstown” with Dillon. Both serve as executive producers alongside Renner. Dave Erickson serves as executive producer and showrunner. Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, David Hutkin, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson, Christoph Schrewe, Wendy Riss, Evan Perazzo and Keith Cox also executive produce. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions.
