Falco and Benanti are joining Mayor of Kingstown as series regulars, while James will appear as part of a season-long arc.
The series, which was created by the uber-prolific Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon, stars Jeremy Renner as Mike McLusky, a former inmate whose family works as mediators between the street gangs, prisoners, guards and cops in the fictional town of Kingstown, Mich.
Season 3 found Mike feeling pressure to end a drug war fought both inside and outside the prison, a task thwarted when someone from his past began working against him in earnest.
The cast also includes Taylor Handley, Tobi Bamtefa, Emma Laird, Derek Webster, Hamish Allan-Headley, Nishi Munshi and Michael Beach. A Season 4 premiere date has not yet been announced.
