Marina Squerciati Teases Epic Chicago Crossover Event With Photo of Surprise Guest

Marina Squerciati, who plays Officer Kim Burgess in the hit TV series Chicago P.D., shared a special photo with a surprise guest to promote the One Chicago crossover event, which airs on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

The actress took to Instagram the day before the event to hype up the show, writing, "Our BIG Chicago Med/Fire/PD CROSSOVER airs tomorrow! It's going to be fire! Lit? Is lit better? Gucci? Is that still a thing? Sick? That can't be right. Dope? Iconic? Ah! Just watch."

In the photo, Squerciati stood beside none other than Chicago Fire star Taylor Kinney, appearing to hug the actor as she grinned brightly at the camera. Kinney, who plays Kelly Severide in the franchise, looked just as happy, with the two leaning their heads on each other in the photo.

Squerciati and Kinney were dressed for cold weather in jackets and winter hats, and they appeared to be on set, with people who were likely staff members for the One Chicago shows walking and working behind them.

Fans were so hyped about the major TV event—which has been five years in the making—with ecstatic responses like, "I can tell from your statement that it will be the BEST ONE EVER!❤️🙌🔥," and "Can't wait - I'll be hanging off the edge of my seat!!! 😄😄."
