MAFS star teases return to the show in 2025: 'They said they'd pay me $100k'
Is MAFS All-Stars finally upon us?
Could a 2024 fan favourite from this year's Married At First Sight be coming back for another shot at love in 2025? Eden Harper sparked rumours recently after appearing on Yahoo Lifestyle's podcast Behind The Edit, however, not everything is as it seems.
Eden sat down with us to have a candid chat about MAFS 2024, her breakup with Jayden, what's next for her (and for Cub, of course!) and we even got a sly prank call in to Lucinda Light. But the fun and games didn't stop there, with Eden also calling her good friend, intruder groom Stephan Stewart to get his advice on whether she should go back on MAFS to try and find love again.
MAFS' Eden prank calls Stephen: 'They said they'd pay me $100k'
Eden called Stephen telling him that that she had been offered a lucrative deal to do MAFS Season 12.
While Stephen said he "loved" the idea he was also hesitant initially, asking Eden why she thought she should do the show again, asking what her first reaction was and whether she felt immediately keen or 'traumatised'.
"Well I do have trauma but also like dry spell, you know," Eden said. "Pros and cons me, what do you think?"
Stephen then rattled off some pros and cons for her to help her make the decision, just like any good friend would. "Well like, pros, love aside... more airtime," Stephen said. "You could potentially find a match, you're going to be super rich and famous."

"Cons, you may not get as good of an edit as you did first time," Stephen continued with Eden interrupting, "Wait so you think I'm a b**ch?" "I don't think, I know," Stephen quipped back. "But if you get a dud match..."
MAFS All-Stars 2025
Rolling on with the joke, Eden told Stephen that an idea was being floated that the 2025 series could be an 'All-Stars' cast.
"No, but this is what I heard," Eden said. "I don't know if it's true or not, but I've heard the idea they might be doing an All-Stars season, so I feel like Jayden might be going back with someone else as well. Do you think I could hold myself back from being nice?" she asked Stephen.
"Yeah, you are such a composed person, you absolutely wouldn't be throwing s*** across the table," Stephen said. "What are your pros and cons?"
"They said they'd pay me $100k," Eden said, with Stephen quickly chiming in, "Oh my God, f***ing done!"

Eventually, Eden told Stephen it was all a joke, with him exclaiming, "Oh f**k you. I was so excited for the hundred thousand!"
So while we may not see Eden back on MAFS in 2025, we gotta say there's something about an Aussie Ex On The Beach/Perfect Match-style format.
