MAFS star Martha's explosive reaction to Michael's prank: 'You're single now'

Married at First Sight alum and soon to be star of the Celebrity Apprentice Australia Martha Kalifatidis is clearly very attached to her boyfriend Michael Brunelli's looks, after she threatened to break up with him over text message when he sent her a shock photo.

"Yesterday my girlfriend sent me a message saying 'you look hot' and I did what any good boyfriend would do and decided to prank her and almost end our relationship," Michael said in a now viral TikTok clip in which he explains Martha's explosive reaction to him using the Snapchat 'no-beard' filter.

"I went on Snapchat and got the no-beard filter and sent her a message saying 'So I trimmed my beard and I went too short so I just cleaned shaved to start again, like it?'" he explained.

What he didn't expect was his phone to then 'blow up' with 10 new messages, missed calls and multiple missed FaceTime calls from Martha.

And the reality star - who Lord Alan Sugar dubbed the 'Kmart Kardashian' in a recent Celebrity Apprentice promo - only seemed to get angrier when Michael didn't respond.

"I just text you saying you look so good with the hair cut. Everything was perfect. This is a f**king joke. FaceTime me now!" she continued.

"I don't believe you'd be that dumb and shave like this. Michael, you're single now."

Michael ended the clip, which has had over 418K views, with: "So apparently I'm single."

Of course it was all in good spirits, with Martha sharing Michael's video to her own Instagram account asking her followers, "would you do the same though?"

Martha and Michael met and fell in love on the 2019 season of Married at First Sight and remain one of the show's few success stories.

Martha has also managed to maintain her public profile and will star in the upcoming season of the Celebrity Apprentice Australia alongside 13 other stars. It kicks off on May 23.
