MAFS' Cassandra stuns in sexy bikini video: 'A little TLC'

Married at First Sight Australia is over for another year and we are all just over here patiently waiting for the season 11 cast to regain control of their Instagram accounts so they can start spilling some serious tea and being fabulously messy. Sadly, we have to wait until May 10 for that to occur, but in the meantime, it seems that the brides and grooms are just trying to live their best lives.

From Sara Mesa's and Tristan Black's escapades in the Northern Territory to Jono McCullough and Ben Walter's TikTok feud, the 2024 cast has been keeping us entertained and, ngl, sometimes rolling our eyes.

Having (mostly) stayed out of all of the drama during filming, one bride seems to be enjoying some well-deserved R+R - and looking incredible in the process.

Cassandra Allen, who left the experiment after 8 weeks of trying to make it work with 'husband' Tristan, shared a stunning video to her Instagram, revealing moments from a tropical vacation with some friends.

The 29-year-old from Queensland looks gorgeous as she shows off her vacation looks - including a high-cut chocolate brown bikini and a stylish floor-length white dress with keyhole features. The stunning admin assistant also included a shot of a table loaded with mouth-watering food - making us well and truly jealous (and inspired to book in that annual leave!).

While comments are still disabled on the star's Instagram as Channel Nine is still in control of it, the video has generated 65k views and over 2000 likes.

'My fears kind of happened'

Cass was dubbed a fan favourite during the 2024 season of MAFS and was known for her sweet nature and unending patience with Tristan.

The couple's mutual decision to leave after failing to connect romantically was praised by viewers who applauded the couple's breakup for being one of the nicest, most amicable ever seen on the show.

"My fears kind of happened," Tristan said during the commitment ceremony. "I told someone I was falling in love with them and I got rejected. And then I just retreated."

Cass then said after some time apart, the two accepted they were ready to just be friends and Tristan agreed that they found closure together.

Cass told Tristan that the next woman he'd be with would be the "luckiest woman in the world" and Tristan told Cass while she broke his heart, he was glad she was the one to do it.

'She just lies'

While Cassandra largely avoided any major blow-ups during her time on MAFS, fans were left slightly confused by her outburst at Sara during the reunion episode.

When John Aiken asked Cass why Sara got under her skin, she replied, "She just lies. She's just fake. Everything out of her mouth is fake. Every time I talk to you, you are actually the nastiest person."

This caused Sara to arc up, telling Cass that she "never talked" to her. "I've never spoken a word to you, that's f***ing bull***t it's rude," Sara said.

"I'd love to know what exactly it is Sara has done to make Cass and Michael react that way, cause it's clear something has happened," one person tweeted.

"Did I fall asleep and miss a whole chunk of storyline where Cass and Michael (and Ellie?!) all hate Sara? This is like a Christopher Nolan film trying to piece together all the parts," another person said.
