Yahoo Lifestyle Kelly Clarkson's Lookalike Daughter Shares This Talent with Her Mom
It should come as no surprise that Kelly Clarkson's children have some serious talents. After all, their mom is a Grammy-winning singer and successful talkshow host, who also has here own furniture line. Still, fans were thrilled to see her son and daughter show off their own skills on an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show.
The "Since U Been Gone" singer invited River Rose, 10, and Remy, 8, to be guests on her daytime show, and the confident kiddos sat across from their mom just like any of her high-profile interview guests. Kelly remarked that they had their hair and makeup done and joked that they don't normally look like this at home.
Kelly explained that her kids join her on set when they tape on Saturdays. She explained, "Like their mama, both my kiddos love singing" before Remy took the opportunity to perform one of his favorite songs—Frank Sinatra's "My Way."
While Remy likes Frank Sinatra, Kelly said her daughter is a "country queen." River explained that, like her mom, "I like to write and I like to sing, so I put that together in a journal that I forgot at home because I am a forgetter....I do that a lot in my room, and I spend hours and hours and hours trying to do a song." Kelly chimed in to say, "It's good, your songs are good!"
Kelly's fans loved seeing this sweet interaction between the proud mom and her talented kids. They left fun messages in the comments section:
