I'm A Celeb winner Abbie Chatfield crowned Queen of the Jungle
Another emotional and tummy-churning season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has drawn to a close and Australia has crowned Abbie Chatfield the Queen of the Jungle for 2021.
The seven remaining campmates were whittled down throughout Sunday night’s live finale, with AFL star Travis Varcoe and comedian Ash Williams being eliminated early on in the show.
Celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge took out fifth place followed by TV personality Toni Pearen in fourth. Jess Eva was announced as second-runner up leaving just two celebs in the mix for the jungle crown: Abbie Chatfield, of The Bachelor fame, and Family Feud host Grant Denyer.
After walking away from her previous reality TV show stint empty-handed, it was Abbie who took out the top spot on I’m A Celeb, as voted by viewers via SMS.
Witty and unapologetic, Abbie wore her heart on her sleeve in the jungle and put her body on the line during some tough challenges — she even copped a few snake bites to earn stars.
Abbie stood up for what she believed in even if that meant taking on one of the biggest personalities in camp, Robert 'Dipper' DiPierdomenico over comments he made about her choice of bikini.

Grant’s time in the jungle was also a moving one, with the father-of-two opening up about highly personal issues such as his relationship with alcohol and his traumatic rally car crash that left him with a broken back — and an addiction to painkillers.
In a chat with Studio 10, Grant’s pregnant wife, Chezzi Denyer, admitted that she was ‘a bit nervous’ about what her husband might reveal next but said that she was proud of his bravery and honesty.
