Ilona Maher and Her Sisters Are Spilling All on Their New Podcast — and It's Going to Be 'Chaotic' (Exclusive)

Welcome to Ilona Maher’s house!

The athlete and influencer, 28, and her sisters, Olivia and Adrianna Maher, are launching House of Maher, a new weekly podcast that will focus on the Team USA rugby player’s life, plus some broader topics in the realm of athletics and pop culture, with Wave Sports & Entertainment, PEOPLE can exclusively announce.

"I’ve always believed in showing up as your full, authentic self whether that’s on the rugby pitch, on social media, or now, in the podcast world,” Ilona tells PEOPLE of the Wave original series, which is slated to launch on Tuesday, March 25 in partnership with Samsung Galaxy.

“And my sisters Olivia and Adrianna always bring out the best, most authentic version of me — you wouldn’t believe how much we laughed on set,” the rugby star adds. “This show is about just showing up as yourself and having fun while doing it.”

And the hosts have no difficulties where the "having fun" tidbit is concerned. Within seconds of the first official trailer for House of Maher, all three sisters are left in stitches — like, tears-in-their-eyes, can't-get-a-word-out levels of laughter — as Adrianna struggles to read a set of lines.

Meanwhile, Olivia captures the heart of the siblings' new show, stating, “Family time can be hard to come by, but there is nothing more important, and that’s why we’re here.”

With each new episode of House of Maher — which will drop every Tuesday — the three sisters will “share unique and humorous insights into their lives, with a focus on Ilona’s life as a growing celebrity, globe-trotting rugby player and as the middle sibling just trying to make her family proud,” Wave said in a press release.

“The Maher sisters,” the company continued, “will also delve into the latest pop culture trends, their always-engaging social media activity, crazy dating stories, and revealing yet wholesome conversations with exciting guests, and more.”

Ilona, Olivia and Adrianna are “beyond excited” to get started with the weekly show, they said in a group statement, noting that Wave — which is also home to originals like Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce and New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce — has “an incredible legacy of bringing authentic, untold stories to life, and that’s exactly what we want to do with our show.”

“From our chaotic, fun-filled lives to sports, pop culture, and people we’re passionate about, we want to bring our audience behind the scenes,” the sister trio added.
