Yahoo Lifestyle Tyla goes braless in an open shirt and leather-look micro mini skirt
Trust us when we say don't sleep on Tyla's style. The ‘Water’ artist is quickly proving no matter the occasion, she can turn up and impress. Take her attendance at the Jacquemus menswear autumn winter 2025/2026 show as part of Paris Fashion Week back in January, for example. She flashed major sideboob in a completely open-sided dress, totally stealing the show from the front row.
The South African singer-songwriter followed up the red carpet appearance a month later at the 2025 ESSENCE Black Women In Hollywood Awards, this time wearing a butter yellow sequined mini dress that was spring personified. Two very different looks, but both equally stunning, IMO.
Well, her latest ensemble combines two major elements from each of her previous outfits. Wearing a butter yellow button-down shirt, Tyla ditched a bra and styled the wardrobe staple completely open and unbuttoned. She added a leather-look white micro mini skirt to the naked look, with an eyelet belt and gold statement pendant necklace finishing things nicely.
When it comes to off-duty dressing, this outfit is next level and something we will be recreating ASAP for our next date night or girls' night out. And it turns out, we can recreate the 'fit *exactly* as everything Tyla is wearing is from the high street. Specifically, one of our all-time fave high street stores: H&M.

Not a single item is above £40 with the whole outfit costing a total of £103 together. We'd maybe add a bra and do the shirt up when we wear it, or perhaps layer a lace-trim camisole underneath. But to each their own!
Tyla – along with fellow famous faces including FKA Twigs – fronts H&M's spring summer 2025 collection which has dropped in-store and online today ahead of its latest designer collaboration with Magda Butrym coming next month.
