Home and Away fans are applauding James Stewart after his Dancing With The Stars debut, likening his moves to beloved actor and dancer Patrick Swayze. The actor dazzled audiences with his rendition of the Cha-Cha with his partner Jorja Rae Freeman, which ranked them as the second-best dance of the night.

Sitting pretty at a score of 25 from the judges, Jorja and James just lost out to Lisa McCune who took the top spot with 30 points after her fiery tango with dance partner Ian Waite. Judge Helen Richey labelled James a 'sexy beast' and fans of the star also took to Instagram to express their, well, thirst over the Home and Away actor.

Some people felt hot and heavy in their lounge rooms after seeing James shake his thang on the dance floor, with many taking to Instagram to express their feelings.

"Oh my days….is it just me or is he giving Patrick Swayze vibes with the facial expressions and he's totally pulling it off 🥵," one person commented. "My God, he's a fabulous dancer the new Patrick Swayze," another person agreed.

"Oh wow he’s gorgeous😍," someone else commented. "Oh my gosh, you are sooo hot, superb sexy moves……you are already a winner in my eyes. You are just perfect for the part. Good luck, rooting for you 👏🔥," another thirsty fan said.

James' former and current Home and Away colleagues and other Channel Seven stars also commended his moves. "Wow!! So good!" Luke Jacobz said, while Georgie Parker left an array of emojis. "❤️❤️🔥🔥👏👏👏," she said.
