Home and Away star's ex breaks silence after new romance unveiled

Home and Away star Ada Nicodemou's ex has uploaded a cryptic Instagram post not long after the news was revealed that she's been dating co-star and on-screen husband, James Stewart.

Ada, who plays Leah Patterson on the show, has now been romantically linked to James, who plays Justin Morgan, with the pair playing on-screen partners for the last five years, with their characters tying the knot in an epic Hunter Valley wedding earlier this year.

It was revealed Ada quietly split from ex-partner Adam Rigby at the end of last year, but she only confirmed the end of the relationship last month. After Ada and James were sprung looking cosy on the streets of Sydney last week, Ada's ex-boyfriend uploaded an Instagram post that read, "Live each moment with integrity."

"💯 isn’t that the truth," one friend commented. "All the way," another person replied, while another said, "Beautiful song. Good way to live."

In early April, Adam also uploaded another cryptic post, which read: "The truth will set you free," with the businessman captioning the image, "The universe provides everything when you really need it."

When the breakup was first revealed, a source told The Daily Telegraph that it was "amicable". “They remain friends but decided to go their separate ways," the source revealed.

Adam's Instagram still features images of himself with Ada's son, Johnas, from her previous marriage. Five weeks ago, Adam uploaded a photo of Johnas eating pizza, with the caption, "Little dude! ❤️" but on his Stories the caption read, "missing the little dude! Look at that face".

Ada and James romance sparked 'late last year'

The co-stars were spotted kissing recently in Sydney after months of speculation about the status of their relationship. James' ex Sarah Roberts, confirmed their divorce with Stellar magazine in April, saying the two had grown apart.

"'Sometimes people grow apart and that's okay... I got to a point where I realised I couldn't grow in the way I wanted to within this particular relationship," she said.

The Sunday Telegraph revealed in early May that Ada and James were romantically linked, and while their reps didn't respond to the publication's article, The Sunday Telegraph reported that the romance first sparked late last year when Ada and James were seen kissing at a Seven Network Christmas Party.
