Home and Away couple celebrate first family holiday after breakup rumours

Home and Away's Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart have shared some cute snaps from their blended family holiday, with the couple and their kids looking happy as they spent time in the Gold Coast, Queensland. Ada, 47, is mum to Johnas, with her ex-husband Chrys Xipolitas, while James, 49, is dad to Scout, from his previous relationship with Packed To The Rafters star Jessica Marais.

The happy snaps come not long after fans were speculating if the couple had broken up over the Christmas break after a rumour kicked off in a popular Home and Away Facebook group.

Proving the rumour completely wrong, Ada and James uploaded a gallery of sweet snaps, captioning the family holiday pics, "'Our week spent in paradise… 3 theme parks in 3 days, go-karting, JetSki’s, bowling, swimming, singing and lots of laughs and love ❤️…bring on 2025!!! 🎉"

In the images, the family can be seen in various theme parks, as well as hanging out with James' twin brother Nick Stewart and his partner.

Ada and James' relationship timeline

Ada and James were first spotted kissing on Anzac Day 2024, a little while after both the stars' previous relationships ended. It came after The Sunday Telegraph reported that the pair had taken their on-screen relationship off-screen and had been secretly dating, after being spotted kissing at Channel Seven's Christmas Party at the end of 2023.

The news came after it was announced James and ex-wife, former Home and Away star Sarah Roberts had quietly divorced, with Sarah officially addressing the divorce in late April 2024, while Ada's relationship with Sydney businessman Adam Rigby reportedly ended sometime in 2023.

Ada publicly addressed their relationship in July 2024, in an interview with Stellar, calling it "unexpected". "Jimmy and I are together, yes. It's only early days. It's very recent and very unexpected. I'm super happy. It's really lovely," she said at the time.

The two later made their first official debut as a couple at the 2024 Logies in August.

After rumours in a popular Home and Away Facebook group that James Stewart and Ada Nicodemou may have split over the Christmas break, an admin quickly debunked the theory by sharing recent photos of the pair looking very happy and in love.

"To those who said that James and Ada have broken up already, then tried to tell me I am wrong that they have split up and that I need to get my facts right? Nick posted this on his instagram yesterday and Ada and James look very in love and happy," the admin posted, sharing a photo from James' twin brother Nick Stewart.

"I saw them on the beach at the Gold Coast last week and they were very much together," one fan confirmed. "Happy families... James and Ada are very much in love," another said.

"People starting unnecessary rumours just to satisfy themselves I think. I wouldn't be surprised if James and Ada tie the knot in the future," someone else speculated.
