Dancing With The Stars fans all have the same complaint after shock double elimination
Some fans are convinced the show has become a test of popularity instead of talent.
Dancing With The Stars fans have the same complaint after a shock double elimination saw a fan favourite sent home. Just shy of the semi-finals, Nova Peris and Julie Goodwin were sent home, but fans are disappointed to see Julie go, after her improvement over the weeks on the show.
Julie impressed the judges with her Foxtrot, scoring 27 points, with the judges praising her performance, dubbing her a 'sassy minx' and a 'sexy vixen' however there was no final dance-off in last night's elimination, so both Julie, and Nova (who scored 19 points) were sent home. While they were two of the lowest-scoring dances of the night, Ben Cousins was also at the bottom of the leaderboard with 21 points for his Viennese Waltz.

"Why do they keep saving Ben, seriously?" one person asked. "Ben Cousins shouldn’t have been on in the first place. Why is he still there???" another questioned.
"PLEASE..... STOP the audience voting!!!! Leave it to the judges!!!" another fan said, with people agreeing. "100% agree! People keep voting for footy players and well-known actors. Should be mostly about their dancing ability," someone else commented.
"One thing is for sure... it won't be determined by how good or bad the dancers are. It's just a popularity contest when it comes to the vote," someone else complained.
"It is so wrong getting the audience to vote. All the dancers have family there," another person pointed out.
"Julie should have stayed," another fan said. "I am so sad to see you go, you should not have gone. You were simply amazing!" another fan wrote, tagging Julie in the comments.
