Brandi Glanville Steps Out for First Time Since Dissolving Her Face Filler After 'Parasite' Crisis
Glanville recently opened up about thinking she had a "parasite" under her skin
Brandi Glanville is feeling more like herself.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alumna, 52, stepped out for Twitch streamer Amouranth's Winter Wonderland birthday party in Burbank, Calif., recently, and it was the first time she'd shown her face in public since dissolving her face filler amid her "parasite" crisis and other health concerns.
In photos exclusively obtained by The Daily Mail, Glanville could be seen smiling and looking festive in a Santa hat trimmed with animal-print fur. She wore a little black dress topped with a furry animal-print coat to match her hat and completed the look with knee-high black boots.

Glanville's appearance comes on the heels of her sharing that she'd dissolved all of her face fillers, following the initial reveal that she believed she had a "parasite" under her skin. On Dec. 13, she took to X to share the latest update on her health.
She also addressed Botched’s Dr. Terry Dubrow’s public offer to help treat her facial concerns.
“I have zero drama with @DrDubrow I appreciate all the help I can get🙏,” she wrote, referring to Dubrow, 66, after he spoke to TMZ about her health issues. “We have been in touch and plan to talk thank you for all the love."
"All fillers that were in my face have been dissolved. I have seen all the best doctors at Cedar Sinai and all the doctors they referred me to💕," Glanville added.
Dubrow had previously said that he believed she was not dealing with a parasite at all, but an infection.
In July, Glanville shared with fans that she'd been battling a skin disfigurement that she believed stemmed from her time on the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

“This is why I'm miserable and depressed :(,” the 51-year-old wrote alongside the picture of herself on X. “I'm not even gonna share the picture of when it sinks in. Stress will kill you. How is your wealth? Take care of yourself people, thank you Bravo. I couldn't even work if I wanted to at this point.”
In January, she told Entertainment Tonight that she was diagnosed with angioedema last year, and the condition causes her face to swell up so much that she can't talk or taste food. "I would go into anaphylactic shock constantly," Glanville revealed, noting that this began in August 2023.

Fast-forward to December 2024, and Glanville updated Entertainment Tonight on her skin crisis, revealing that she's spent upwards of $70K trying to fix it.
“I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialize,” she added. “I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me.”
Glanville explained that she can see and feel the unknown "parasite" move within her face if she "messes with it," and it looks like “tiny bubbles bursting” on her skin. "I feel like it’s s---ing or having babies in my face," she added.
Dissolving her filler is not the only way Glanville has worked to address her concerns. She also shared an Instagram on Dec. 13 from a dentist's office in Beverly Hills, Calif., thanking them for "helping to bring back my smile." In the photo, it was clear her face filler had already been dissolved. The reality star also had a big smile on her face and showed no visible signs of skin disfigurement.
