Bachelorette frontrunner Holly unrecognisable in throwback photos

Season seven of The Bachelorette has officially kicked off with a bang, making reality TV history with both men and women competing for Brooke Blurton’s heart.

The first contestant to arrive on the red carpet was Holly, a marketing administrator from NSW who took Brooke’s breathe away with a show-stopping red sequinned gown.

The 27-year-old former dancer and NRL cheerleader wasted no time in asking for a first dance, leading to the pair romantically swaying together in front of the mansion.

“Slow dancing with Holly was just so romantic. I just felt comfortable doing that with her instantly and I don’t really get that with a lot of people,” Brooke remarked, before adding that she was “mind blown”.

“Let’s just pack it up, we’re done,” she laughed.

Viewers on social media were equally as smitten with Holly, with many calling her a “front-runner” and predicting that she’ll make it to the final four.

Fans were also quick to have a scroll through Holly’s Instagram, revealing that the reality star has had quite the hair journey before her TV debut.

Photos from 2015 show that Holly, who had briefly dyed her blonde hair pink, shaved off her locks for World’s Greatest Shave.

“Omg the CUTEST,” one of her followers commented, with many others saying she looks “beautiful”.

“Love it! And all for a good cause,” someone else wrote.

More photos show that Holly continued to rock a shorter hairstyle for a few years and coloured it pink once more, before settling with her current ‘do.

The resurfacing of the throwback snaps comes shortly after The Bachelorette’s 2021 winner was ‘leaked’ online, according to fans.

Viewers were quick to notice that betting agencies Sportsbet and TAB, which are typically correct with their leading odds, have listed a clear frontrunner amongst this year’s contestants.

After episode one, 27-year-old landscaper Darvid Garayeli is predicted to win Brooke’s heart.

Sportsbet have listed Darvid’s odds of winning at $1.60, followed by returning contestant Jamie-Lee Dayz at $3.75 and Carissa Croft at $6.

On TAB, Darvid’s odds of winning are at $1.20, with Bec Pressing in second at $6 and Jamie-Lee at $7.
