The Bachelorette Australia: The contestants trying to win Brooke's heart
We've waited patiently and finally, it's time to settle down and watch just who 26-year-old Bachelorette Brooke Blurton chooses as her life partner.
Brooke has earned a place in our hearts, not just as a reality star looking for love, first on Nick Cummins' season of The Bachelor, and then trying again on Bachelor In Paradise, but also as an Indigenous and LGBTQI role model.
So we are keen to see someone worthy win her over and for her finally to find her happily ever after.
Here is a state by state breakdown of who will be trying to win Brooke's heart...

From New South Wales
Beau, 34
Beau may have originally trained as a carpenter but he is now passionate about photography - and insta it seems. When asked what he had to offer Brooke, he said: "Being a professional #instaboyfie."
Hmm, maybe Brooke deserves a bit more depth...
Emily, 25
Given her profession, vet receptionist Emily loves animals. But she still has room in her life for love.
"I’ve got so much love and energy for the right person. I’ve created a life that I love: I’m surrounded by the most amazing friends, I’m around animals every day and I make time for a boogie no matter what."
Holly, 27
She may be a marketing administrator now but with 10 years as a dancer, it's no wonder Holly is seen sweeping Brooke off her feet in the early promos! Holly has been in love which means she knows what she is looking for in a partner.
"I was head over heels in love for a long time, and I want to find someone who makes me feel that way again. I won’t settle for anything less," she reveals.
Jamie-Lee, 30
You may recognise psychology student Jamie-Lee from the Honey Badger season of The Bachelor. She was first a co-contestant with Brooke but now she wants to know whether the spark she felt during that show was one-sided or not.
"I applied when I saw Brooke was The Bachelorette," she reveals. "I believe we had a connection when we were in the house together on The Bachelor Australia."
Johann, 27
Italian born carpenter Johann thinks he might be the ultimate catch for Brooke, as they are "both super active and share a sense of adventure". He's passionate about martial arts, and has competed around the world does he possess the fight to compete for Brooke’s heart?
Kurt, 29
Former competitive swimmer turned sports mentor has had to change his thinking to become ready for love. "When I was training as a swimmer, I was selfish of my time, and it has taken me a lot to change that."
However, now that he's ready for commitment, he hopes that he can show Brooke that he's the guy for her.
Ryan, 29
Plumber Ryan is ready to show Brooke just what he can offer her – "physical touch is my love language," he says.
"I am family‐oriented, supportive, and protective of the ones I love. I like to keep fit and healthy. I am very accepting and understanding." Let's hope Brooke agrees.
Steve, 29
Podiatrist Steve thinks he's a bit of a goofball but wins people over with his positive outlook on life and kind-heartedness.
"I'm looking for someone to really light up my world, and I'm yet to find that," he reveals. "[But] sometimes I’m too carefree and easy-going for my own good."
Taje, 23
On the surface, there are lots of similarities between Brooke and Taje, They are both youth workers who are passionate about their indigenous communities.
When asked why she was still single, Taje replied: "I only date people that I have a genuine connection with. I prefer to stay single than date someone for the sake of it.
"I know who I am and what I stand for, which is why I believe I would make a great partner for Brooke," she added.

Bec, 30
Charity officer Bec also has a lot in common with Brooke with both women passionate about mental health. While she admits she will travel anywhere for true love, she won't settle for second best.
"I would rather be single than with someone who’s not right for me," she reveals.
Konrad, 31
Konrad admits that he is a hopeless romantic and is hoping to find the type of relationship that his parents share.
"I haven’t met the one yet," the carpenter admits. "I’m being careful not to ignore the early signs, and any red flags. Just because I get along with someone, doesn’t mean I should be in a relationship with them. I am taking my time."
Ritu, 25
Career-focussed Ritu is hoping common ground with Brooke translate to matters of the heart. "I think Brooke and I are very similar. Not only are we both POC queer women, but we are both based in Melbourne and passionate about mental health and trauma recovery.
"I studied law so that I can support women who have experienced any kind of abuse," she adds.
From Queensland
Carissa, 30
Psychologist Carissa is intelligent and caring but she also possesses an adventurous spirit.
"I'm still waiting to meet the person I want to create and share a life with," she admits. "I saw Brooke was The Bachelorette and felt really drawn to her. She has many qualities that I am really attracted to, especially her caring nature towards young people."
Darvid, 27
Persian landscaper Darvid is cheeky and confident in how he approaches life and he definitely turns Brooke's head when they first meet.
"I've been in love a few times, and each has been slightly different," he says. "I feel like they have all contributed to who I am now.
Matt, 31
Metal fabricator Matt is friendly and hardworking but growing up with two sisters has shown him how to treat a woman with love and respect, but still have a cheeky side.
"I may love my dog more than her," he jokes. "But only at first."
From South Australia
Jess, 30
Jess is described as vivacious and intelligent with a sometimes-bratty attitude. The software sales executive is an avid cook who doesn’t mind breaking the rules.
"I know my worth, who I am as a person and what I have to offer," she says explaining why she is single. "Choosing a partner, your forever person, should not be something that is rushed or taken lightly."
It's only a pity there isn't anyone from Brooke's home state of Western Australia to give this lot a run for their money...
