Three years after finding love on The Bachelor Australia, Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston have announced that they are expecting their first child together. The couple, who tied the knot in August last year, took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon to share the exciting news.

“COMING 2024!” they wrote alongside a gallery of snaps showcasing Holly’s growing bump. One photo features Jimmy looking lovingly at Holly while he puts his hand on her stomach, while another shows the couple standing in reverse as Holly cringes at her husband holding his belly.

The post was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages from several Bachelor alumni, including fan favourites Angie Kent, Brittany Hockley, Anna Heinrich, Nikki Gogan, Chelsie McLeod and Sophie Tieman.

“Congrats guys… enjoy your last few months of freedom before you enter hell! Just kidding, parenting is great 😅,” Matty ‘J’ Johnson shared, while host Osher Günsberg simply wrote: “You’re welcome ❤️”.

“Ahhh!! Congratulations beauties!!!!!” Georgia Love added, followed by Becky Miles who said, “So wonderful Hol and Jimmy! It’ll be the best thing you’ve ever done”.

“This is the best news ever!! So unbelievably happy for you both,” Laura Byrne wrote.

Season one’s Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have two daughters, season three’s Sam and Snezana Wood have three daughters, season five’s Matty Johnson and Laura Byrne have two daughters, and season eight’s Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska welcomed their first child, a daughter, in February.
