Aussie star caught out in major lie on Netflix dating show: 'Literally evil'

While you may think Australia's biggest reality TV villain is someone from Married At First Sight, Australian reality TV star Harry Jowsey has entered the scene once again to reclaim the title of biggest F-boy. The former Too Hot To Handle star has failed to rebrand his bad boy, love-bombing image on Season 2 of Netflix's Perfect Match, with the finale episode seeing him caught out in a massive lie after he claimed he never kissed co-star Melinda Melrose while he was partnered up with Jessica Vestal.

In case you need a quick rundown, Harry, who has had quite the colourful dating past, declared he had found love on Perfect Match after meeting Jessica, quickly dumping Elys Hutchinson for the single mum. However on a boys' day (with surprise intruders), Harry was accused of kissing Melinda, something he was quick to deny, telling Jessica he had only behaved inappropriately by carrying Melinda to the toilet so she wouldn't hurt her bare feet on the stones on the way to the bathroom.

While Harry's bad boy past was often referenced on the show, Jessica wanted to believe he had turned over a new leaf, but the two eventually split before getting back together post-filming, only to split again a week later.

Harry accused Melinda of trying to use him for clout and extend her fame, saying she had made up the kiss. Melinda also said Harry made a comment to her about getting her pregnant, something he also denied.

However, in the finale episode of Perfect Match, unseen footage showed Harry carrying Melinda to the bathroom, the two kissing, and Harry making comments to her about getting her pregnant and wanting to have sex with her.

"TV shows & especially dating shows need to STOP inviting Harry Jowsey. I'm tired of him. Tired of his face, his voice, his pathological liar ass, his douchebag of a personality," one person said after the Perfect Match finale aired. "Harry Jowsey needs psychiatric help and sobriety, stat," another person said.

"Harry Jowsey is the biggest scumbag manchild it baffles me how these women still fall for his blatant lies," another person tweeted. "Harry Jowsey is literally evil can we stop giving him a platform pls," another person tweeted.

After Jessica uploaded an Instagram Reel about the leaked footage, fans also flocked to the comment section to air their grievances about Harry.

"He’s actually sick and needs help," one person said. "It’s him using your daughter’s name in his manipulation tactics," another person commented, with Harry often referencing that he wanted to be a role model for Jessica's daughter, Autumn.

"This whole scenario was very unsettling to me because I think of much worse different scenarios where a man comes back and says that nothing ever happened, and everyone believes him. He not only did what he did, but he tried to trash her character for saying the truth and accused her of lying for fame," another person said. "Scary how easily someone can lie to your face and how hard it is to trust!"
