Anne Hathaway goes viral as she cheers on the Eagles at the Super Bowl

Anne Hathaway dreamed a dream of the Eagles winning the Super Bowl, and it came true.

The "Devil Wears Prada" star, 42, set social media abuzz during the big game on Sunday night after being briefly shown in the crowd on the telecast. She looked overwhelmed with happiness, cheering and smiling from ear to ear.

At that point in the game, the Philadelphia Eagles were annihilating the Kansas City Chiefs, and the team went on to win 40 to 22. The Oscar-winning actress wore green to show her support for the Eagles.

Hathaway's seconds-long appearance quickly went viral on social media as fans embraced the cheerful clip.

Bradley Cooper, Kevin Hart celebrate at Super Bowl

Hathaway was one of a number of stars who turned out for the Super Bowl. Just before the actress' appearance on the broadcast, Kevin Hart and Paul Rudd were shown in the audience. Hart, who was rooting for the Eagles, looked excited, while Rudd, who was rooting for the Chiefs, appeared dejected with his head in his hand.

Rudd sat next to Adam Sandler at the game, and Kevin Costner and Pete Davidson were also spotted in the crowd.

Bradley Cooper, a huge Eagles fan, was at the game as well and even introduced the team. The "Silver Linings Playbook" star, who once said he would rather see the Eagles win the Super Bowl than win the Oscar for best actor, told Fox he was "so happy" after the victory.

Ahead of the game, "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star Rob McElhenney shared a photo of him and his wife Kaitlin Olson with "Abbott Elementary" stars Quinta Brunson and Tyler James Williams, who were all getting ready to cheer on the Eagles. Both shows take place in Philadelphia, and they recently crossed over in an episode of "Abbott." McElhenney later described Sunday as one of the "top 5 best nights of my life."

Taylor Swift, of course, was in attendance to root on her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, but it's safe to say she didn't have as great a night. Not only did the Chiefs lose the game handily, but the crowd at one point showered the pop superstar with boos.
