Details of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's divorce settlement are officially here, and one interesting nugget of info? J.Lo gets to keep the massive 8.5-carat green diamond engagement ring she was given by Ben.
Per their divorce docs, obtained by People, Ben “disclaims and waives all right, title, and interest in and to the following assets hereby confirmed and transferred” including all of J.Lo's “clothing, jewelry, and miscellaneous personal effects in her possession, custody or control.”
J.Lo's ring is worth approximately $5-7 million, per Bloomberg, and is engraved with "not.going.anywhere." She shared details of their engagement on her OnTheJLo newsletter, writing "I always say the color green is my lucky color. Maybe you can remember a certain green dress. I've realized there are many moments in my life where amazing things happened when I was wearing green."
She also told the story of her engagement, writing "Did you ever imagine your biggest dream could come true? Saturday night while at my favorite place on earth (in the bubble bath), my beautiful love got on one knee and proposed. I was taken totally off guard and just looked in his eyes smiling and crying at the same time trying hard to get my head around the fact that after 20 years this was happening all over again, I was quite literally speechless and he said, 'Is that a yes?' I said YES of course that's a YES. I was smiling so big and tears were coming down my face, feeling so incredibly happy and whole. It was nothing fancy at all, but it was the most romantic thing I could've ever imagined... just a quiet Saturday night at home, two people promising to always be there for each other.
