Bravo dropped The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast's season 5 reunion looks, and if Bronwyn Newport's gown seems familiar...that's because it is!
Turns out Bronwyn purchased the exact red Carolina Herrera dress Karlie Kloss wore to the 2021 Met Gala, telling Bravo it was "tailored down for me to wear/buy," and definitely "not a loan."
She dished some further details about the outfit on Instagram, saying "The reunion is coming! So grateful to @wesgordon and @carolinaherrera for taking Karlie Kloss’ actual Met Gala dress out of their archive and tailoring and selling to me for both this big day and my own collection."
"The dress on the Met Gala carpet was meant to symbolize America’s flower, the rose at the In America: A Lexicon of Fashion event," Bronwyn continued. "For me, it was a symbol of my hope for blossoming friendships in future after watching myself throughout the season, as long as we can all get past each other’s thorns! I also wanted to bookend my first season the way I started it… in big red shoulders! As always… all my best looks come from @carlyazell and @modaoperandi."
Bronwyn paired the dress with Valentino shoes and Melissa Kaye jewelry—and wore the same clutch Karlie did at the Met Gala. Honestly she nailed it, more Met Gala dresses at Housewives reunions, please.
