Let’s get physical!

Jamie Lee Curtis teamed up with Jimmy Fallon to recreate her legendary Perfect aerobics scene on The Tonight Show on Wednesday, nearly 40 years after the Oscar-winning actress and John Travolta performed its hip-thrusting choreography in the 1985 film.

Set to the tune of Jermaine Jackson and Whitney Houston’s 1985 hit “Shock Me,” the video initially begins with Curtis leading an aerobics class in her signature striped one-piece. Fallon, replacing Travolta in the scene, can also be seen sweatily hip-thrusting his way through their risqué routine.

Things take a turn for the wonderfully absurd when Fallon decides to send Curtis a video of himself dancing, causing her to pull her phone out of her skin-tight outfit and blow him a kiss. She, in turn, sensually eats a piece of pizza and pours champagne all over herself while still continuing to roll her hips.

The pair continue to up the ante with their hilarious hijinks until the end of the clip, with Fallon releasing a dove from the front of his padded shorts and Curtis using a defibrillator to jolt a dead body into hip thrusting along with the rest of the class.

Fallon poked fun at the original dance sequence earlier in the segment, fanning his face after watching a clip and noting how it had “a lot of thrusting” in it. “That scene went on — I’m not kidding — for like five minutes, right?” he asked.

A laughing Curtis quipped back, “No, no, that scene went on like, seven minutes.”

Directed by James Bridges (The Paper Chase), Perfect starred Travolta as Adam Lawrence, a Rolling Stone reporter who is working on a story about the dating scene surroundings in '80s health clubs. While working on the story, he strikes up a relationship with distrustful workout instructor Jessie Wilson (Curtis).

The Last Showgirl star later opened up about her conflicted feelings about filming the hilarious segment amid the ongoing L.A. wildfires in an Instagram post on Thursday.

“I suited up and showed up for work here in the city, complete with the recreation of the hip, thrusting meme from the movie, PERFECT, and was greeted by such warmth from @fallontonight @jimmyfallon and @questlove and their team,” she wrote. “It was complicated to feel like we were making comedy in the midst of such a profound tragedy across the country, but we did.”

Curtis, who has since publicly pledged $1 million toward wildfire relief efforts, concluded, “The hug [Fallon] gave me in support of my fragile feelings will always be remembered, and I leave New York City with the hopes and prayers and good thoughts from all in the East Coast as I return home to the best coast and my beloved City of Angels to help start to repair and rebuild.”
