The Project's Sarah Harris addresses Chris Brown dating rumours: 'Oh my God'

The Project host Sarah Harris has shut down any romance rumours surrounding her and I’m A Celebrity’s Dr Chris Brown. The star, 41, left her husband Tom Ward in 2021 after seven years of marriage.

Sarah was taken aback when Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson called her live on-air to press her for answers about her relationship with Chris. In Kyle’s usual no-nonsense fashion, he was blunt and straight to the point.

“Sarah, it’s Kyle and Jackie, you rooting Chris Brown or not?” the radio presenter asked on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

“Oh my god, no!” the mortified Channel 10 presenter replied.

She then addressed The Daily Telegraph’s Sunday column that claimed she had “fallen for” the Bondi Vet star, saying that her family had been pestering her about the rumours.

“You know, my aunt called and checked as well. It’s hogwash,” she declared.

When Kyle asked her where the rumours had come from, Sarah was at a loss for words.

“I’ve got no idea. Oh my god, I haven’t even had my second coffee yet you two,” she laughed. “I’m too busy and boring [for this].”

Chris’ dating history

The celebrity vet is known for keeping his dating life hidden from the public, but eagle-eyed fans have picked up on some clues surrounding his past relationships.

In 2014, he was rumoured to have dated both Home and Away star Kassandra Clementi as well as a project manager named Hannah Thomas.

In 2016, the star went public with his relationship with Weekend Today’s executive producer Kendall Bora. The pair didn’t go the distance, parting ways in 2018 before Kendall tied the knot with Weekend Today host Matt Doran in 2021.

After his split from Kendall, Chris reportedly jumped into a relationship with TV presenter Liv Phyland. According to New Idea, however, the couple lasted for just one year.

The publication also reports that Chris is now dating model Brooke Meredith. The pair were linked after an outing at Bunnings in April 2020, with a source telling Woman’s Day they “looked very much like a couple”.

The couple haven’t addressed their relationship status, and tend to shy away from joint public appearances.
