News about Mark and Hayley’s relationship first emerged in May, with Daily Mail reporting that the pair had gone on a few dates after being “friends for some time”.

It comes a few years after the quiz master and his wife Katie, 31, broke up following seven years of marriage.

How did Mark lose so much weight?

Mark has previously revealed that he credits his impressive weight loss to regular walks with his Golden Retriever Baloo, eating only two meals a day, and “running around after a hyperactive three-year-old in lockdown”.

He shared on the British talk show Loose Women that his weight loss journey kick-started in 2020 when he lost his sense of taste from Covid and subsequently changed his eating habits, which led him to “gradually drop X’s” off his clothing size.

“I’m on a high protein diet,” he detailed. “So eating an awful lot of lean meat, and as much as I love chips and other carbs, I’m having quite a bit less than I used to.

“And it’s sort of become a virtuous cycle. I’m not feeling that hungry, so you eat less, so you lose weight, so you’re not as hungry.”
